Winbox is a newly established online casino in Malaysia. Its decent Light Blue color brand attracted a lot of Malaysian gamblers to join and play on their platform. Since the brand is good, let’s analyze deeply on whether it is a good casino or not.

The first advantage was the Winbox Mobile App. Having a mobile app for the grey area industry was not easy, especially in the casino industry. But they did it by offering on both major mobile platforms iOS and Android. The app was clean and nice to use but the features are a little bit too simple.

Winbox mentioned that they offered more than 1000+ casino games on their website. We think that it is exaggerated info. They did offer many games, but not until 1000+, if hundred, yes, it might be.

Interestingly, they also offer Cockfight Betting which is very seldom seen in the market. Cockfight betting involves 2 gamecock fighting with each other and you will need to bet on which side will win. It is a game involving ancient games and it should be interesting to play. In customer support, they did a fairly good job in order to provide multi-channel support. They allow players to contact them via LiveChat and email. However, no phone and WhatsApp support, making the overall support experience somewhat lacking. 

They show up alot of websites’ domain names with their company’s name. We do not understand what is the purpose of it, but I am sure that it did not help in improving their support effort.

Summary

In conclusion, Winbox is a fairly good online casino that is worth trying. It provides all the basic needs for every casino player. It also has special Cockfight betting for you to try off. The only shortage is promotions that are not so new comer friendly.
